Order Issues

If you miss the delivery than the courier service will try to deliver your parcel next business day. You will receive a call or message for same, So you can call to the courier service partner. 

If you have received a wrong or faulty item, please provide images of the product you have received within 24hrs of receiving your delivery and submit your enquiry at [email protected] If you fail to notify us within 24hrs of receiving your order, we cannot guarantee a full Refund/Exchange for your order.

Delivery

In very rare cases your order will be delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery time frame will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting Order Tracking option.

NO, we do not ship outside of India. Shipping only in all over India.

Returns & Refunds

yes, you can but before you exchange any item please read the return policy of that product. If your order has already been processed, you will be unable to make any changes to your order.

Return

If you want to return any item then make sure that item has a return policy which you can find out below the item description. If return possible, within 24hrs of of receiving the product the customer can initiate the return, once return is approved with in 2 days we will book a return, once the product reaches us within 2 days refund will be processed and within 7 days amount would be reflected in your bank account. 

Refund

If you want refund for your order then make sure that item has a return/refund policy, which you can find out below the item description. If Refund possible,  Within 24 hours of receiving the product, the customer can initiate the refund, once refund is approved within 2 days refund will be processed and within 7 days amount would be reflected in your bank account.

Cancellation

Within 24 hours of placing the order, you can send us the email regarding cancelation with valid reason, once cancelation is approved within 48 hours refund will be processed and in 7 days amount would be reflected in your bank account.

Note: 

For all the above Return/Refund cases Before accepting the return products all the item will be check properly if we found that the item is different or already used or different from their description on the product detail page , or has missing parts or accessories, then we can not proceed the exchange or replacement but in other hand we can charge you for the wrong product exchange purpose.
