4: Books & More: Books, Music Instruments, Office Supply, School Supply and Toys: 10 days replacement or exchange policy
5: Automotive: All automotive spare parts, accessories: 10 days replacement or exchange policy
6: All Mobiles (Except Apple and Google Phones), Electronics – Headphones, Cases & Covers, Laptop, Data Cables & Printer (except Apple / Beats, Realme, Samsung and Google Products): 7 days Replacement only ((First we will help you to troubleshoot the issues over the phone or mail, if any detect is determine wiyhin the return window then the replacement of products will be proceed and if no defects determine within return window then the service center will help to resolve the issue.))
Return Pick-up and processings:
The return or pick up address should be same as the buy address, if in some case the area is not deliverable then at that case new pick up address will be update.
In Cash on delivery orders the payment will be procedd to direct bank account within 6-7 days.
Before accpecting the return products all the item will be check properly if we found that the item is different or already used or different from their description on the product detail page , or has missing parts or accessories, then we can proceed the exchange or replacemnt but in other hand we can charge you for the wrong product exchange purpose.
What Can I Return?
All the products which is under return policy window you can return except that are not identified as not retunable.
What details we need while returning items?
Correct Product details : IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match with MRP tag.
all products items should be available.
Product should be unused, coverd, unwashed, with all the tags without any stains. All the electronics products have same IMEI, serial number, Mobile/Laptop/Tablet these type devices should be formatted and screen lock without any pin code or passowrds.
Our Executive will refuse to collect the return item if any of above point not qualify.
